How to apply for Police Clearance Certificate Online

How to Apply for Police Clearance Certificate through Mobile App:

Step 1:

In-order to get the certificate of good conduct online, you need to install Dubai Police mobile application, to download click below link.

Step 2:

Once you have downloaded and installed the application, open it and look for Police clearance certificate under services tab for certificates and permits.

Step 3:

Once you have clicked on police clearance certificate button, you will see below page, write down your emirates id number and your valid email address to receive mail from Dubai police.

Step 4:

Choose one of the options from drop down menu to show for whom you are applying or getting the certificate of good conduct.

The available options are work, marriage, study, naturalization, immigration etc.

Step 5:

Write department name or the name of the individual who demanded certificate from you such as company, hr department or immigration officer etc and click on I accept the terms and conditions to submit the application.

After submitting, you need to look for an email from Dubai Police regarding approval or rejection of your application, once it’s approved, you will be given a link to pay for the clearance certificate online, after successful payment, the police clearance certificate will be sent to you by email, you can also collect hard copy if needed.

How to get Police Clearance Certificate UAE through Desktop/PC:

Step 1:

Visit Dubai Police official website page through below link to start application.

Click Here

Step 2:

Choose if you are located inside or outside UAE and write down your emirates id number, look for the tick mark sign.

Step 3:

Select the purpose of police clearance certificate from the drop down menu, the available options are; work, marriage, study, immigration, PRO card, Neutralization etc.

After purpose choose the requested sector from government sector or private sector.

Step 4:

Select your language to be printed on certificate and write manually who demanded or asked you for the clearance certificate, you can write company, hr department, immigration desk etc.

Step 5:

Write your valid email address, confirm it again, tick mark the terms and conditions, select captcha and click on Next button.

Step 6:

Once clicked next, you will redirect to final page with the details of your application, you can now submit it for the approval and payment, you have option to edit the details of your police clearance certificate before submission, check it twice and confirm it.

After submit button, you will be redirected to payment page, once paid you will get your approved clearance certificate in your inbox within five minutes.

Fees for Police Clearance Certificate UAE:

Service fee of Dubai police clearance certificate for UAE Expats and residents is 200 AED with 10 AED knowledge fee and 10 AED Innovation fee.
